Talk to us

Questions about a formula, an order, wholesale or the lab results — this reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

Reply time

One business day, usually much less. Monday to Friday, 9–5 Central.

Where we are

Where is my order?

Every order gets a tracking email the moment it leaves us — check spam if you cannot find it. If it has been more than five business days with no movement, write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

How do I cancel or change autoship?

Use the manage-subscription link in your order confirmation. You can skip a shipment, change the interval or cancel outright — no email needed. If the link has expired, send us your order number.

Can I see the lab results?

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals and microbials. Ask for the certificate of analysis for your batch code — it is printed on the bottom of the tub — and we will send the PDF.

Something arrived damaged.

Send a photo of the tub and the box with your order number. We ship a replacement straight away — no return required.
